The "KUNI.TECH: Ask Your AI" app (the "App") is provided by 合同会社KUNI.TECH ("we").
The App has no database and does not collect or store any store, customer, or order data.
The App requests no access scopes at install. Product details in the buttons, such as the product title, are filled in by your theme when the page is displayed; our servers never fetch or store product data.
Button settings (enabled AI services, prompt templates, appearance) are stored in your theme and are never sent to our servers.
Our servers (hosted on Vercel) may keep short-lived technical logs when handling Shopify webhooks and admin page loads, such as the webhook topic, the store domain, and timestamps. These logs contain no customer personal data.
We accept Shopify's customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact webhooks. Because the App stores no customer data, there is nothing to disclose or delete.
Clicking a button takes the shopper to a third-party AI service such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google AI Mode. Product-related text, including the store name, product title, and product page URL, is passed to that service as part of the URL. No personal data such as the shopper's name, email, or purchase history is included.
After the shopper leaves for the AI service, that service's privacy policy applies. We neither receive nor can view anything the shopper does there.
If your theme includes Google Analytics (gtag.js), the App may send a click event to your own Google Analytics property. We do not receive it. You can disable this in the theme editor.
The App does not use cookies.
